Since 1993 Bleriot Construction have been proud to establish their reputation as a high-end residential building contractor across London and the home counties. Combining years of experience in the industry, we cover all aspects of the construction service and aim to achieve the highest level of quality at fair and competitive prices.
Our portfolio includes a wide variety of projects from listed buildings to contemporary homes and new build. We have a full-time staff of around sixty with strong work ethics, and our team of qualified tradesmen, and carefully chosen subcontractors, pride themselves on their quality of work, attention to detail and reliability.
We are proud to say that most of our work comes through repeat business or referrals, which we achieve by customer satisfaction in all areas. Many of our clients have worked with us for over twenty years, and we have enjoyed helping them with their homes as they have progressed through their lives

We've worked in various locations within London, Hertfordshire and beyond. We have experience dealing with a variety of councils and planning authorities.
We believe that good design is achieved through a collaborative process between the client, designer, and the construction team. We are lucky to have some really talented and loyal people, with a range of skills and backgrounds. We offer creative solutions, with an understanding of the constraints of each individual project and like a good challenge!

Our fee structure is transparent and set up by design stages. We generally work on a fixed price, fixed margin and are honest and above board about all our costs. Any discounts we receive will be passed on to you, with just our standard margin added.
