This was a standard project for us and involved the general refurbishment of a four storey Victorian family home in the Hammersmith Conservation area. We replaced the lower ground floor rear extensions with a contemporary glazed masonry addition. The spaces to the lower ground were opened up to allow for light and flow. A new stair was added and bespoke built in joinery. Internal decluttering and opening up of the lower ground floor improved the general flows of the house. Design and installation of a new stair up to ground floor and built-in furniture to complement the interiors. There was also the addition of a new WC/ laundry to ground floor and landscaping of the rear garden.
