In partnership with Studio Gray Architects, we carried out an extensive programme of works to this Italianate Villa in the Primrose Hill Conservation Area. The property had been empty for 20 years and was a series of bedsits with no kitchen or central heating. We worked very closely with the client over 3-4 years carrying out various phases of works due to the extended and laborious process required to gain permissions. The house was fully refurbished on the upper floors. We installed 5 new bathrooms / cloakrooms and a contemporary kitchen with poured resin flooring and walk in breakfast area. Painstaking work was taken to replicate or restore all the original features to the upper floors, The final phase of work involved removal and extension of the rear as the rear whilst bringing an additional storey sub-basement up from below ground. The final phase was landscaping to the rear garden and front driveway on completion.
